This site 17th Apartment belongs to 17th Apartment. The Terms of Service outline the agreement between 17th Apartment (company, we, our, us) and its Customers (customer, you, your, guest, user, client). 17th Apartment strives for accuracy but provides no warranty on website information. We are not liable for errors or omissions and may change information without notice. We are not responsible for the use of third-party sites accessible via our platform. Customers should review third-party policies.
General Terms
These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between 17th Apartment and all users.
- 1. Customer confirms services are for personal use.
- 2. Customer certifies they are of legal age, capable of contracting, and not under guardianship.
- 3. Customer guarantees the accuracy of the provided information.
Acceptance of the terms is required for booking. Ticking the acceptance box constitutes agreement.
Reservation Terms
booking and confirmation:
- requirements: Guests must fill out a form with valid identification documents. Full payment or a security deposit may be required for booking confirmation.
- confirmation: A booking is binding once confirmed via email. Guests must present the confirmation and valid ID at check-in.
check in and check out:
- check in: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- check out: By 12:00 noon on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
cancellation policy:
- standard: 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival incur a one-night charge. 'No-shows' incur a full stay charge.
- event cancellations: 14 days' notice required for event cancellations. Refunds within notice periods are 50% if third-party vendors are involved.
- refunds: Eligible cancellations are refunded within 48 hours after issuance of a cancellation number.
third party reservations:
- liability: Guests and third parties are jointly liable for any damages or losses.
rates and payment:
- currency: Naira
- additional charges: VAT, service charges
- accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, Verve
- rate changes: Rates may change at any time.
security deposit:
- refundable: Deposit may cover extra cleaning, damages, late check-out, or cancellation fees.
right to refuse service:17th Apartment reserves the right to refuse service in compliance with laws and policies.
House Rules
authorized usage:
- occupancy: Two occupants per room, up to four visitors allowed.
- event policy: Outdoor hosting for up to 15 people allowed. Extra charges apply for larger gatherings.
housekeeping:
- guest responsibilities: Guests must maintain cleanliness. Additional cleaning requests incur extra charges.
- cleaning schedule: Cleaning is provided three times a week from 7:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
security and safety:
- measures: CCTV cameras, alarms, security guards
- guest responsibilities: Guests must follow safety protocols and supervise children under 12.
no smoking:Smoking is prohibited in rooms and unauthorized locations.
damage and theft:
- liability: Guests are liable for any damage or theft.
illness and epidemics:Service may be refused to guests with contagious diseases. Health care costs are the guest's responsibility.
pets and infestations:No pets allowed. Infestations may incur charges.
enforcement:Guests violating policies may be evicted without a refund.
Caution and Liabilities
parking:
- policy: Parking at owner's risk. Maximum four cars allowed. No repairs permitted on premises.
lost and found:
- policy: 17th Apartment is not liable for lost or stolen items. Items found are kept for 14 days.

- governing law:This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- acceptance:By accepting these terms, you agree to be bound by them.
